4 years of endurance has finally come to an end.

What makes a person has the initiative to steal a thing even though he knows it is an illegal act? Are they not capable of looking for proper job, or not even waitress? From my understanding, because people cannot find a solution to overcome their financial difficulties, so under the pressure they choose to be a thief. This is embarrassing if you get caught, because even a 4-years-old kid would tell you it is a wrongdoing. Moreover, a scammer is like a professional-thief who tricks a person into doing something, making the person think they are getting something in return. Eventually the person gets nothing. Regardless how much you earn from all these illegal money, at the end of the day you will still be jailed, you will still definitely disgrace your family, because you're not gonna tell your son: "Dad is working as a scammer, we cheat money from many people".

One month back.

I went to see my lawyer to seek for inquiries. What i wanted to know was the progress of the court case, whether or not he was still capable to defend from the accusation. He requested me to signify a consent form which was based on BAHASA MALAYSIA language, i did not exactly understand the content, so i refused to sign. I asked him to explain what's with the consent form but he said: "Just sign it then we will proceed further steps". Heck, am i dumb? Eventually, we argued, he said i did not believe in him while i claimed that i as a client had the right to understand every single document i sign. The last thing said by him: "Simply RM200 for the fee does not satisfy me from fucking china prostitute".

Few days later.

(This was my first hearing in Kuching Court House.)

I was kind of nervous because without the lawyer's lead I was confused what to do and speak in the court. My mum told me not to appeal the case anymore as she had been fatiguing when it comes to this kind of situation, she hoped to settle it down as soon as possible. So at the end i decided to be charged and pay the compound - approximately MYR 5k to10k. Due to the absence of the plaintif, the court case was extended.

For the time being we had a long break before the hearing commence. My mind suddenly popped out an idea, was to obtain legal advice from the People's Justice Party(i.e. political party). We headed over to their office as it was close in the vicinity. I met a lawyer, SEE CHEE HOW, we were seated and explained how our case was going on. He concluded that i should admit guilt in the court because there was no point for me to prolong the case or hire another lawyer to present a defense again which would probably cost more than expected. And he would be there to plea guilty for me towards the judges. This was the first time i met him and had been so helpful to me and gave me his name card for staying in touch - all legal services are free of charge.

At the end of the day, everything went smoothly, but i have been sentenced in general season under the Youthful Offender because the road accident occurred when i was 19. With this kind of sentencing i can avoid driving license endorsements and less summon charges. However, i got surety bond from the court, that meant i had to be in good bond behavior within these 2 years, if i fail to comply the rule, i would be convicted.

So in totality, if my previous lawyer has put some efforts to fight over the case i wouldn't have been to this kinda stage, where i have to admit guilt yet summoned by the court. Everytime i meet him, i have to settle all the hidden fees. Anyway, cheating and scamming money are absolutely not reflecting very well on his upbringing. He needs to be instilled being an upright person in the society. Somedays i want him to repay what he had just done to me, especially when I've the upper hand in the society I'll definitely teach him a lesson, i swear.

Anyway, there were a lot of weights on my shoulder over these past few years but now, it's over. I can finally fly like a bird.

I have an impulse of blogging this breaking news.

Now the entire internet is totally a buzz of this guy who committed suicide due to relationship issue. Before his death at 12am, he actually makes a countdown for his suicide on facebook , and also states that he is taking this for serious, not just for prank. By the way, what's with making all these statements on his wall? To draw attentions to his friends and tell them how brave he is to sacrifice his live to love? Or killing himself can actually show how much he loves her? Dude, have you ever figured out that we don't usually watch movie for a second time, not because we get bored about its storyline but there are still a lot of upcoming movies which is more exciting and interesting. Hardly, we do not talk about the movie we watched last week, we'll forget about it after some times. Samething goes to this scene, one or two years later, nobody would bother to reminisce what you have done now, and nobody would pity you because you are self-fish, you make your parents suffer. At the end of the day, what do you get? Big bold headline on the newspaper front cover? or to show your parents it's your pride to die before them? Or probabbly u can get her back (if yes, it's too late tho). Seriously, i think at least you should die for something, not just for nothing.  Imagine now his ex-girlfriend still move on her life, and get as many boyfriends as she could. You know, when somebody can get you falling in love, you will easily forget undesirable things in life.
